Because every Holiday is better with a home.

Happy Holidays to you all. Habitat for Humanity of Dutchess County is kicking off our Building Hope for the Holidays campaign with Giving Tuesday on November 28th. We are so grateful to the kindness and generosity of our supporters who share our belief that everyone deserves a safe and financially sustainable place to live.

For more than 30 years, Habitat for Humanity of Dutchess County has built and repaired over 200 homes in our community which has impacted the lives of our partners' families, homeowners, economy, and our neighborhoods. Our new construction projects have provided first time homeownership opportunities to our essential workers, our repair programs have supported our Seniors to safely age in place, and our community initiatives have brought new life to our local parks and veteran memorials.

“Habitat for Humanity gives me hope for the future and faith in humanity.” -Future Homebuyer

Our hope is that your continued support, we will be able to continue our mission for years to come. Every donation, large or small, will help us provide first time homeownership opportunities to those who are currently in substandard housing and/or paying more than 50% of their household income to rent.

As we look forward to the opportunity to overcome the Housing Crisis Challenges in Dutchess County, Habitat for Humanity of Dutchess County will continue to work diligently to build more, serve more, and be the change in Homeownership. We cannot do this without your help. Our goal is to build 8 new construction homes, complete 20 home repair projects, and expand our Advancing Black Homeownership program.
